I love doing wedding and special event hair.  There's always this loving and kinetic, creative energy in the air!  The satisfaction in knowing that you skill as a hair dresser created magical moment in someone's life, whether that was a first date to their first kiss and husband and wife.  It is my desire to share with you some of the techniques and tips I have learned over the past 15 years doing weddings and proms, working on the sets of hundreds of runways, photo shoots and events!

Bridal & Special Events - Hair Styling Classes for Professionals

Objective: Provide the understanding and basic skill set

necessary to create beautiful, classic and avante garde bridal and special event hairstyles.

Topics Discussed:  opening discussion of current trends,

skill sets, professionalism.

2 hour course - $300

• Introduction to tools and techniques

• Introduction to classic up do's (twists, chignons, braids, finger waves)

• Introduction to special event styling (waves & curls, sleek styling, prom styles, red carpet looks)

• Contracts, booking, consultations, up selling techniques.

4 hour course - $500

• Introduction to tools and techniques

• Introduction to classic up do's (twists, chignons, braids, finger waves)

• Introduction to special event styling (waves & curls, sleek styling, prom styles, red carpet looks)

• Contracts, booking, consultations, up selling techniques.

• Photo shoot with model (2 looks)

All individual classes require a deposit of half the cost of each class, which will be non-refundable if cancellation is requested within 1 week of the class.

To receive savings, packages must be paid in full and are non-refundable. Rescheduling is an option if cancellation notice is received 2 weeks prior to class date(s).
