As a licensed cosmetologist I have 18 years of retail experience, with 14 years focusing in cosmetics. While in upscale hair salons I found my passion when I obtained a job working with Mac Cosmetics as a makeup artist. Doing weddings and special occasion makeup from that time on launched my freelance career. I moved to Hollywood to build my freelance portfolio and was represented by Dawn 2 Dusk Image Agency. The Hollywood experience allowed me to work with the likes of Mary J. Blige, Quincy Jones, Pat Benatar, Gabrielle Union, Halle Berry, and numerous others.

My professional resume includes work with MTV, VH1, E Entertainment, David Letterman, Regis & Kelly, Dateline, Extreme Makeovers, the BET awards, Oxygen and others. My work has been on the cover of VIBE magazine, Jazz Times, In Style, Details, Essence, and Sophisticates Black Hair magazine. I also worked as a key artist on the set of the movie Ride or Die.
